I’m Fatima Al Dhaheri, a passionate chef from Abu Dhabi, where my positive energy and determination drive everything I do. My interests span across various art forms like embroidery, photography, and design, but I ultimately found my true passion in culinary arts. Cooking has become my emotional sanctuary. I began my formal culinary education at the International Center for Culinary Arts (ICCA) in Dubai, specializing in pastry, and continued my studies at ICCA Abu Dhabi. Although I’ve been cooking and baking since I was young, I officially started my professional culinary journey in 2021. While I don’t own a food business yet, I have exciting plans in the works—stay tuned!
